This notice explains how Xenvya Consulting LLC (“Xenvya”) handles information connected to xenvya.com. This site does not use a contact form. If you choose to contact Xenvya, you will do so through email or an external website.
What we collect
- Email. If you email Xenvya, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include.
- Technical logs. Hosting and delivery infrastructure may record information such as an IP address, browser or device type, requested URL, and request time for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.
- Website analytics. Xenvya uses Google Analytics to understand site traffic, navigation, link use, and general engagement. The service may use cookies or similar browser technologies. Xenvya does not send names, email addresses, message text, or company names to analytics.
Why we use information
- To route and respond to genuine company inquiries.
- To operate, protect, diagnose, and improve the website.
- To understand which public content and contact paths are useful.
- To maintain business records and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
Xenvya uses a small number of providers to run this site:
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site and may process technical request information.
- Google Analytics provides website usage measurement.
- Email providers receive and store messages when you choose to contact Xenvya.
Links to TerranceAddison.com, GovBiz.ai, and other external properties lead to sites with their own privacy notices and data practices. Review those notices before sending information through those sites.
Sale and advertising
Xenvya does not sell personal information. Xenvya does not currently use this site for behavioral advertising, retargeting, or session replay.
How long we keep information
Email and related business records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, support a business relationship, maintain records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect Xenvya's interests. Hosting logs and analytics data follow each provider's configured retention and security settings.
Your choices and requests
You can limit cookies through your browser settings. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you have sent to Xenvya. Requests may be limited by legal, security, and recordkeeping requirements.
Security and sensitive information
Xenvya uses reasonable safeguards, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure. Do not send passwords, financial account details, customer records, health information, regulated data, proprietary files, or other sensitive information in an initial email.
