Terrance Addison

Managing Principal & Lead Architect

Terrance leads Xenvya’s technical direction and client delivery, drawing on 28 years of industry experience in software engineering and solution architecture. His background includes modernizing mission-critical platforms, designing secure enterprise integrations, and establishing engineering practices for regulated operations.

His career spans enterprise environments in financial services, healthcare, energy, and state and local government. He combines hands-on engineering with architecture governance, technical leadership, and team development.

He has guided adoption of AI-assisted and agentic development practices, helped teams select models for specific tasks, and supported AI use in planning and prototyping. His ongoing research explores dependable agentic AI implementation within enterprise workflows.
